Successful Capgemini employees have expertise in a specific
technology environment.  They are responsible for software-specific design
and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or
technical and functional application management of client-specific package
based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE).  These roles also require functional
and methodological capabilities in testing and training.

  • Demonstrated expertise in SAP TM (5-7 years) with at
    least 2 full-life cycle implementations on versions 9.1 or above.
  • You must have the current working experience  supporting the SAP TM module including
    extensive Design, Configuration and implementation
    experience in key TM
    areas.
  • You must have Functional-technical expertise
    with FLC experience.
  • Primary focus on Functional, Technical and SME
    responsibility for Transportation applications in Supply Chain area.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation planning and
    execution. Demonstrating expertise in the technologies covered by the SAP
    TM practice including event management.
  • Preferred experience in S/4 Hana logistics
    integration with transportation and warehouse execution.
  • Business Process re-engineering or process
    improvement experience with broad-based information systems. Experience
    utilizing tools and techniques to effect business change and develop
    efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems.
  • Leadership experience that involves executing
    large-scale, high dollar and high risk projects from vision through
    implementation, with diverse stakeholders such as business unit/division,
    contractors, and vendors, etc
  • Strategic planning and analysis and management
    consulting experience with strong emphasis on relationship management and
    resource management
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
    Positive, self-motivated and an exceptional desire to win. Superior people
    skills: team-oriented, fast learner and personable understanding of
    business requirements and functionality
  • Understanding of integrated business management
    systems. Ability to quickly identify and analyze technical risks &
    impacts and define alternatives & prioritizations to remove technical
    roadblocks. Ability to manage multiple deliverables independently in a
    fast-paced environment.

Senior Applications Consultants have expertise in a specific technology
environment.  They are responsible for software-specific design and
realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or
technical and functional application management of client-specific package
based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE).  These roles also require functional
and methodological capabilities in testing and training.

Required Skills and Experience:

 

You
are an expert in one or more business processes and technology practices and
are accountable for translating a business case into a detailed technical
design. Alternatively, you are responsible for operational and technical issues
and translate technical blueprints into requirements and specifications. You
may also be responsible for integration testing and user acceptance testing.
You act as a stream lead, guiding team members by experience. You are seen as
active member within technology communities. 
You focus on building solutions and on maintaining, optimizing and
improving a client�s applications and systems. You contribute to a business and
technical blueprint and customize the respective Software Package Core Module.
You may also be responsible for unit testing, contribute to integration testing,
and/or be responsible for the design and delivery of end-user training.

 � Qualification: 7 � 10 professional experience w/ 5 years min
relevant/module experience. Bachelor�s Degree.

� Certification:  SAP
specific or S4 certifications preferred

� Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge,
Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor
Management.
