The Team:Business Transformation and Optimization team helps give employees the tools and training to do their best work, helps drive strategic programs for the business all the while thinking about the employee experience. The team drives change and approach to people and process is at the front and center of what team does. The team helps with upgrading skills, driving strategic programs, rolling out change management, managing projects and running the training and development for broader team.
Qualities of a Successful Candidate: 
The Business Transformation and Optimization team is looking for a resourceful, keen individual who can manage their work and get things done quickly and efficiently. This person is working on day to day tasks to move the needle forward but, can also come up with big ideas and strategies. This individual is detail oriented, understands how to clearly communicate their ideas and most importantly is well versed in creating engaging content. 
The work:
� Help drive transformation through strategic programs that will drive efficiencies for the People Supply Chain 
� Develop engaging training content that is ready for the digital world
� Use leading program management tools and methodologies to drive projects to completion
� Help support Transformation and Optimization team by helping with training compliance analysis, research on learning and development topics relevant to Resource Management, creating knowledge objects and templates in the spirit of standardizing process
� Be ready to work on anything and everything with a positive attitude and great communication skills 
� At least 3 years working as a consultant
� At least 1 year of organizational change experience or project management
� A Bachelor�s Degree
Bonus Qualities:
� At least 3 years� experience working as a consultant on organizational change projects
� At least 3 years� experience in 3 or more of the following areas: Project management, change management, organizational design, design thinking, learning, communication 
� Familiar with the MS suite of tools and have built SharePoint sites, worked in PowerBI and know PowerPoint
