We are currently seeking a top performing Market Intelligence SME, with experience in Manufacturing Thought Leadership and an in-depth understanding of the Manufacturing and Automotive industry. Understanding of Life Sciences would be a definite plus.
This is a permanent position within the Market Intelligence Strategic team focused on Manufacturing, Automotive and Life Sciences sectors (MALS) publications.
The Market Intelligence Strategic team serves as an advisor and partner to the senior leadership and market units of Capgemini by helping deliver measurable market impact.
� The role entails enabling Capgemini brand growth and strategic decision-making for senior leadership in MALS and SMEs as part of with Market Intelligence team across USA and India geographies within Capgemini:
o Two-way conduit (such as brainstorming on topics and content) for Thought Leadership and Strategic Studies
o Insightful discussions and presentations with the Capgemini leaders, SMEs and Sales/Account executives by creating a regular cycle of events
o Work with primary & secondary research groups (internal and external)
o Leveraging the thought leadership and strategic analysis done by the Market Intelligence team to present to senior leaders & SMEs
o Showcasing key domain leadership on client interactions, and MALS industry speaking spots
� Key skills needed for the role are ability to build relationships, detailed planning, strategic & critical thinking aptitude, business acumen, in-depth knowledge of sectors within MALS, proven expertise in client/stakeholder management and leading complex projects
� Conduct insightful discussions and presentations with internal stakeholders defined above
� Act as a full time representative of Market Intelligence team in USA with the Capgemini leadership, SMEs and other stakeholders
� Regular cadence meetings with Market Unit and Market Intelligence leadership on projects, activities
� Leverage the thought leadership produced by the Market Intelligence team to create a regular lifecycle of events/touch points in tandem with Capgemini MALS leadership to enable business growth
� Move from one thought leadership project to another, new focused reports within the MALS domain and drill down on specific topics
Experience and general background
� Overall experience of 10+ years including multiple years of experience in a comparable role with a consulting or manufacturing/automotive/life sciences company combined with the strategic skills of a management consultant
� Primary & secondary research and Focus group experience
� Comprehensive knowledge of the manufacturing/ automotive industry. Understanding of life sciences would be an advantage.
� Strong Analytical and consulting skills
� Language skills: Proficient in US English
