The Cloud Infrastructure
Services Global Business Line is Capgemini’s consulting and infrastructure
build-and-run provisioning offering, and supports the group’s cloud-based
services. As part of the integrated cloud offering from Capgemini, Cloud
Infrastructure Services delivers a broad range of cloud services to build and
support the hybrid cloud estate by encompassing the leading public cloud
players and leading private cloud technologies. With EUR 1.5 billion annual
revenue, Cloud Infra Services helps clients virtualize and optimize their IT
estates through infrastructure outsourcing services such as data center,
helpdesk, network support, and service integration and service maintenance

Practical knowledge in
the strategic fields of Information Systems, Information Technology, and Information
Security. These areas include network
and telecommunications associated with Audit and Information Technology
Security components and operational practices including virus protection,
encryption, firewalls, access control, identity management and data privacy.
� Experience in security incident
response management, including leading, managing, tracking, and reporting
remediation of security incidents.
� At least one industry
recognized security certification aligned with NIST�s National Initiative for
Cybersecurity Education (NICE) � NICE Cybersecurity Workforce Framework (NCWF),
such as CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, CRISC, CompTIA SEC+, etc�is required.
� Knowledge of security
architectures and the ability to review architectures through gap analysis for recommendations
regarding alternative risk mitigation solutions.
� Excellent written and verbal
� Experience understanding and
implementing operational level security strategies, policies, legislative
requirements, standards and objectives required for the Corporation.
� Excellent team building and
capabilities to gain consensus across organizations.
� Seasoned skills in managing
multiple information security projects, initiatives, and processes
� Teaming and coordination of
other Service Provider personnel for delivery of security requirements and an
understanding of the Outsourcing Business model and Service Integrator model.
� Interaction is required with:
customer security personnel; managers and team-leads within other Service
Provider groups; account Service Delivery Managers, security vendor account
representatives, and internal Cybersecurity team members.
� Knowledge of project management
and consulting concepts and methods to effectively coordinate IT security
initiatives. Requires the ability to audit, review and address any issues
degree from an accredited college/university in cybersecurity, computer
information systems, or management information systems is preferred.
� Experience with the ServiceNow
� Experience with, or good
understanding of, standard security tools, such as SIEM, NIPS, AV,
vulnerability scanners, and firewalls.
� Experience operating in a
multi-tenant network environment.
� Knowledge of methodologies for
design, execution, and reporting of IT audits.
� Knowledge of the principles of
design and use of IT Dashboards.
� Knowledge and experience with
federal audit methodology and standards such as FISMA, TAC 202, and NIST
special publications series.
� Ability to develop security
process and policy based on NIST standards.
� Experience with access
management including privileged access management
