New Hire Orientation (NHO) Facilitator / Program Lead
Job DescriptionThe New Hire Orientation (NHO) Facilitator / Program Lead has three principle roles:
� Plan and deliver successful orientation for New Hires� Collaborate with Recruitment, Hires, and People Supply Chain teams on an ongoing basis� Implement impactful process and content improvements to ensure orientation is in-line with the business needs
Over the course of a year the NHO Facilitator/ Program Lead will plan and deliver approximately 42 one-day new hire orientations with attendees from different business lines. For each of these programs, they will be responsible for:� Working with senior directors and department leads from Capgemini to identify the training inputs, and create the evolving agenda � Leading a team of 2-3 orientation team members (indirectly) in the successful delivery of the orientation session� Managing new hire communications, the week(s) prior to and following orientation session
Other Duties and Responsibilities include
� Create a positive environment where every participant has the opportunity to learn� Open to continuously learning Capgemini dynamic and highly matrixed environment, and facilitating other trainings where needed� Assist Hires team with I9s, and locating missing onboarding kit items on an as needed basis (AMEX cards, PCs, etc.)� Coordinate onboarding schedule, catering, and confirm room availability with Facilities team� Negotiate hotel contracts, and provide welcome letters to hotel staff for new hire check-in � Ability to respond to participant questions concerning training topic and content� Assist Facilities team with room setup on an as-needed basis� Maintain supplies and volunteer roster� Document attendance and survey feedback; confirm with HR team
� 3+ years of experience designing and facilitating workshops/meetings/trainings with 25+ participants (preferred)� Strong communication, personal presence and innate authority � Experience working in, and strong understanding of a professional services firm� Excellent time and group dynamics management skills� Willingness to travel including some weekends� Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite programs� Reports to the Head of Learning & Development
