Past proposal management and writing/editing experience. excellent communication, follow-up and follow-through, fluent in English, with the ability to work with people at all levels.
Quick learner, teachable, tech savvy (comfortable with computers/programs) and creative. Prefer minimum 5 years work experience.
Work on multiple proposals, decks, etc. simultaneously and review proposal documents to ensure the response:
-Adequately and appropriately answers questions asked in RFI/RFP documents
-Contains up-to-date content, images, figures, and statistics
-Fully and properly incorporates win themes, differentiators, and value propositions throughout the document
– Accurate in terms of grammar, punctuation, language, usage, and style
-Able to work with various personalities and pressing priorities
� Liaise and coordinate efficiently with India and North America team members, including other proposal managers, bid managers, other proposal writers, and creative services team
� Be the go-to person to put together answers to questions not previously encountered/answered by referring to several Capgemini content sources and repositories
� Edit and update pre-existing �standard� content for our team KM site
� Work with Pursuit Lead/BDE/MDE/Sales Exec. (whoever is leading the pursuit) as needed to ID and phrase the win themes and come up with impactful story
� Set-up t-room, pull generic content, look for quals/case studies, etc.
� Support special projects as needed
The capability to generate new business from new offers or new logos.
Leads the deal process through development of Sales strategy, solution proposal, and deal closing for large opportunities. Manages identification and generation of Sales opportunities and the cultivation of pipeline growth. Effectively exceeds network and contacts to build and maintain an attitude of vigilance for opportunities. Identifies and escalates market trends to appropriate clients and Capgemini leaders.
