Must Have RPA (Robotic Process Automation) experience About the Role: This role is responsible for enabling Clients on strategic and transformational initiatives relevant to Intelligent Automation. It includes project and program execution on key deliverables in a fast-paced environment to drive efficiency/cost savings, top-line revenue growth, improve operational performance and enhance client experience across Capgemini�s portfolio of clients through Artificial Intelligence solutions and programs.
The Advisory team was established to identify and drive operational initiatives of critical strategic importance that are essential to the success of our clients with respect to the implementation of our core IA offerings. This is a highly visible team in the organization, working directly with the heads of the various lines of business within Business Services and across our Clients. This individual will work in conjunction with the Sales teams and externally with Clients to develop, deliver, and support transformational programs.

? Conduct consulting engagements based on client requests as part of our Clients� transformation programs ? Structure and execute on initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, developing final recommendations and creating execution roadmap ? Conduct rapid diagnostic and/or detailed due diligence to articulate opportunity impact, timing and other parameters ? Build business cases for strategic programs and present or support presentations to senior management to achieve executive level buy-in and to clients ? Program management and coordination of strategic initiatives ? Collaborate with Business Transformation team members, Capgemini Sales leaders and subject matter experts on sales enablement and engagement materials relevant to our Clients ? Communicate results with executive leadership and broader organization ? Manage deadlines / timeframes, proactively escalating issues as needed ? Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Required Qualifications: BA or BS degree required; MBA strongly preferred
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience; preference for candidates with experience in strategy and/or transformation at a major corporation or at a strategy and management consulting firm
? Certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, Scrum/Agile strongly preferred? Demonstrated experience transforming businesses through a mix of enterprise-wide large-scale transformation initiatives and Business-unit specific targeted initiatives such as operating model design, organization restructuring, process redesign and revenue growth initiatives;? Strong project management experience and skills? Distinctive problem-solving and analysis skills ? Ability to indirectly influence and lead cross business units and/or cross functional teams ? Consulting Experience a strong plus? Excellent written and verbal communications ? Ability to prioritize and manage multiple programs/initiatives with time sensitive deadlines ? Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel required (additional analytical tool knowledge is a plus) ? Experience working with an IA technology or software company a plus (Especially Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, or other Artificial Intelligence vertical);Travel Required: Travel may be required, but will vary based on initiative being led.
