OCI ArchitectAn OCI certified candidate with a strong background and understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and technology as well as experience designing and migrating applications to the cloud. They should be able to convert technical requirements of a project into an architecture and design that will guide the final product. Should work in close co-ordination with other members of a technology team, including DevOps engineers and developers to ensure that the right technology or technologies are being built. Captures decisions on technology required on Cloud to support general infrastructure requirements (e.g., e-mail, file sharing, desktop computing) as well as hardware and software infrastructure for enterprise data and applications (e.g., DBMS, servers, networks, application server software, data warehousing, etc.). Reviews, recommends, and influences third party software solutions adherence to technology standards. Works with application teams to ensure coding standards in order to meet architecture efficiency and energy sustainability goals
Required Skills1) Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Architect2) Proven experience assessing client Oracle workloads and technology landscape for OCI suitability, Including OCI Network and Security design for complex architectures to support high availability and disaster recovery requirements.3) Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Nice to Have Skills1) Oracle EBS Apps DBA Implementation and Production Support experience2) Knowledge of best practices and market trends pertaining to Cloud (OCI, Azure, AWS, GCP) and overall industry to provide thought leadership (seminars, whitepapers etc.) and mentor team to build necessary capability.3) In depth knowledge of Oracle SaaS and PaaS
Role Description1) Study existing technology landscape and understand current application workloads2) Understand and document technical requirements from clients3) Define Migration strategy to move applications to the IaaS/PaaS4) Develop architecture blueprints and detailed documentation. Create bill of materials, including required Cloud Services and tools5) Design the overall Virtual Private Cloud VPC environment including server instance, storage instances, subnets, availability zones, etc.6) Design the Cloud network architecture including VPN connectivity between regions and subnets7) Design the HA/DR strategies8) Set up process, services and tools around cloud9) Oversee build of the environment10) Execute migration plan11) Leverage appropriate Oracle Cloud services12) Validate the environment to meets all security and compliance controls13) Support go-to-market activities as a sales Cloud Architect
Relevant Experience1) 15+ Years of Oracle Technology project implementation and/or production support experience2) 2+ years of Cloud Infrastructure implementation and/or support experience (OCI preferably)3) System Integrator Consulting Experience Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment. They are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE). � Qualification: 9-13 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelor�s Degree.
� Certification: Should have SE level 2 and seeking level 3.
� Should be master in Package Configuration.
� Must have experience in Architecture Knowledge, Testing and Vendor Management.
� Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge & Technical Solution Design.
