The role is responsible for managing the key relationships in the State of Georgia�s Agencies under the management of Capgemini�s Agency Relationship Management Director. This role�s priorities are:

�             To manage the relationships of one or more State Agencies.

�             Serve as an advocate for Georgia Technology Authority�s (GTA) customer agencies.

Key Responsibilities

�             Lead, direct, validate, plan, and execute the portfolio of Service Integration (SI) services.

�             Escalate issues as appropriate and resolve items at the lowest level possible.

�             Participate in applicable governance meetings

�             Hold a direct relationship with State Agencies, including conducting weekly, bi-weekly or monthly operations meetings  covering project and RG/SSR status reporting, review/resolution of Agency operational issues, upcoming initiatives involving agency action, reporting reviews, and dissemination of information regarding vendor changes.

�             Proactively address client change readiness, enabling collaboration of Service Tower Providers (STPs) and client teams to effect change and working with the State Agencies to integrate program change with client Agency schedules and portfolios.

�             Execute customer satisfaction reports and improvement plans.

�             Coordinate issue management including escalation of Issues with the client and coordination with governance boards.

The overall objective of the Agency Relationship Manager is for managing the key relationships in the State of Georgia�s Agencies. The Agency Relationship Manager will manage and build the direct relationships between the Multi-Service Integrator (MSI), the Agencies, and the supporting role of the Service Tower Providers.


The Agency Relationship Manager (ARM) will have full understanding of services, a firm understanding of the agencies business goals, objectives, and IT needs and know how to get work done within the State program 





3-6 years experience working in an Account Manager/Relationship Manager role  

�             Experienced IT manager with a proven track record in outsourcing environment

�        Bachelor�s degree

�        Experience delivery of customer services to Client requirements and satisfaction

�        Working knowledge of Service Level Agreements

�        Proven track record of successful project implementations

�        Ability to balance customer satisfaction / demands to maintain customer satisfaction with the level of support the customer has contracted with Capgemini

�        Experience in a wide variety of information technology fields to fully understand the details of the services that can be provided

�        Excellent negotiation skills

�        Excellent customer relations skills to understand client/client representatives concerns and requirements

�        Must be local to Atlanta, GA

–         Experience working with C-level executives
