047023-Office of the General Counsel- Big Deals Team Leader

The Big Deals Team Leader will (i) manage a small team of attorneys involved in advising on major outsourcing transactions and other commercial matters, and (ii) take a hands on role in directly handling such matters. 
Skills:  This position requires the ability to draft, negotiate and manage large, complex deals independently. The candidate must have significant experience in negotiating major outsourcing transactions. The candidate should also possess excellent legal and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks (prioritizing as necessary), have a strong work ethic and excellent communication and organizational skills.  The attorney would be expected to work directly with the business team and to provide counseling on an as needed basis.  This leadership role also requires the attorney to have the management skills needed to manage and mentor the Big Deals Team members in negotiating such transactions.
Responsibilities:�Lead Big Deal negotiator �Dedicated Point of contact aligned with Regional Big Deals Leaders�Works closely with Global and Regional Big Deal Leaders and develops intimacy and trust�Responsible for Regional Legal Big Deal success�Identify and vet qualified Big Deal Lawyers. �Organizes training, shares lessons learned, implements Best Practices�Assigns Primary Big Deal Lawyers, coordinates assignment of other internal Capgemini lawyers, and retains and manages outside counsel�Monitors performance and onboards new Big Deal Regional lawyers�Coordinates cross-regional resource allocation�Develops Best Practices
