for administering, supporting, monitoring, tuning, and patching the Tableau
application and server environment. This includes governance, scalability,
capacity planning, scheduling, configuration, updates, security, and end-user
support. Works closely with Tableau report users to tune and optimize Tableau
reports and dashboards. Serves as Best Practices resource for Tableau
initiatives in the organization. Conducts training and user-group sessions on
Tableau. Participates in project planning and proof-of-concepts involving
Tableau. Develops and oversees monitoring systems to measure usage and ensure
operational stability. Participates in the on-call duty phone rotation and acts
as the escalation point for Tableau-related issues.
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment. � 3+ years of hands-on experience in Tableau, including Tableau Online and Tableau Bridge.
� Strong experience using Tableau with on premise and cloud data sources, including Oracle, SQL Server and Salesforce.
� Strong experience in performance tuning of Tableau reports and SQL with large volume data sources.
� Strong experience in SQL.
� Experience with Microsoft Windows Server administration
