TIBCO Integration
Lead

Capgemini has an exciting
opportunity for a TIBCO Integration Lead who will manage solutions
surrounding the Tibco integration layer and overall system performance.  The Integration Lead will also interpret
architecture and design, code reviews, mentoring, guiding and monitoring
programmers, ensuring adherence to programming and documentation policies,
software development, testing and release.

Duties:

  • Oversee all performance monitoring
  • Manage proactive solutions to challenges
  • Manage escalations
  • Triage incidents
  • Recommend integration upgrades
  • Lead and guide the developer team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor�s Degree in Computer
    Science, Mathematics or related field of study

  • 8-10 years of experience
    leading Tibco Integration and Development efforts for complex systems,
    proven understanding of architectural concepts for TIBCO implementations
    including encryption, security, logging, throttling, scalability,
    clustering, and security
  • 5+ years leading technology
    teams in development environments governed by timeline, scope, and budget
  • 3+ years of hands-on-experience
    architecting and delivering solutions related to enterprise integration,
    REST-ful APIs, service-oriented architecture, and legacy modernization
  • Hands on design and architecture
    experience with latest versions of TIBCO product stack is required such as
    TIBCO BW 6.3 and TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Enterprise Admin, TIBCO Hawk 5.2, TIBCO
    Managed File Transfer 8.0, TIBCO Policy Director 2, Tibco API Exchange
    2.3.0, Tibco Adapter Plugins (ADB and SAP)
  • Ability to translate business
    requirements into a comprehensive, well-formed technical design
  • Articulate both written and
    verbally. Previous consulting or executive level confidence 
  • Proficient troubleshooting
    skills with the ability to analyze and resolve difficult problems quickly.
    Ability to methodically step through problems to understand where the
    problem originates and how-to best resolve

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor�s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field of study
  • 8-10 years of experience leading Tibco Integration and Development efforts for complex systems, proven understanding of architectural concepts for TIBCO implementations including encryption, security, logging, throttling, scalability, clustering, and security
  • 5+ years leading technology teams in development environments governed by timeline, scope, and budget
  • 3+ years of hands-on-experience architecting and delivering solutions related to enterprise integration, REST-ful APIs, service-oriented architecture, and legacy modernization
