Responsibilities Responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configurations and customizations for the solution  Able to work with both on-shore, and off-shore resources that work may be delegated to  Responsible for estimating, designing, coding, testing, and delivering modifications Must be able to code , do sourcing control tool setup and perform the migration of code to multiple instances of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Responsible for providing functional solutions to business requirements in all Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules  Has to be able to provide detailed functional and technical solution documents to the client
Relevant Technical Skills Minimum 3 � 5 years experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM installation and configuration experience overall, with current experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 with both online and on premise versions.  Experience in Microsoft SQL is needed for setup and configuration in support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM instances.    Technical Experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Development experience from 3 � 5 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development using Active Directory, .Net, Jscript, SSRS, SSIS and MS SQL Server. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functional experience from 3 � 5 years with hands on lead experience with all modules  Experience creating functional documentation using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint, Project and Microsoft Sharepoint.
Project Experience�Experience in multiple projects required�Good technical experience required�Good functional experience required
Additonal Experience or Skills Desired�Experience multiple projects customizations required.�Experience in medium to larger Enterprise sized projects�Good presentation skills�Good customer skills�Work with little or no supervision �Can work to a defined time line for assigned tasks  �Team oriented�Results oriented�Travel is required Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment. Applicants for employment in the US must have valid work authorization that does not now and/or will not in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the US by Capgemini.
 

  

Applications Consultants have expertise in a specific technology environment.  They are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE).  These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.

Required Skills and Experience:

 

You focus on building solutions and on maintaining, optimizing and improving a client�s applications and systems. You contribute to a business and technical blueprint and customize the respective Software Package Core Module. You may also be responsible for unit testing, contribute to integration testing, and/or be responsible for the design and delivery of end-user training.

� Qualification: 3-7 years (2 years min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelor�s Degree.

� Certification: Should have or seeking SE Level 1. 

� Should be proficient in Package Configuration.

� Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management
