This senior strategy professional will lead engagement
workstreams based on Capgemini�s Insights Driven Organization framework.  This is a highly visible role within
Capgemini that will interface with clients to lead engagements and to deliver
future state business architectures and transformation roadmaps for our
clients. The Senior Manager will lead the delivery of projects from
inception through completion.

This Senior Manager will work within
our Insights & Data organization – which combines our pioneering work to
date on big and fast data, with a new insights-focused approach.

Responsibilities include:

You�ll spend most of your time managing client engagement teams, working
with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services, and managing
business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.

 

�        
Presenting strategic guidance and roadmaps for C-level and Executive clients
in Digital Strategy

�        
Creating unique and innovative structure and ideas for broad-based
industries to improve and create a cutting-edge technological framework

�        
Delivery of Analytics Strategy, Organizational
Transformation, Operations Improvement/Turnaround, Change Management projects
with the goal of delivering business value

�        
Motivating and leading teams of Capgemini and client
staff

�        
Building and managing internal and external
relationships at all levels within an organization

�        
Maintaining budgets and oversee contracted services

  • Meeting
    all service level agreements, KPIs, and all administrative duties in a
    collaborative environment
  • Developing and
    delivering formal presentations to senior clients in both delivery and
    sales situations

�        
Reports
in these aspects to the local or remote Engagement Director.

 

 Role
requirements include:

The idea candidate has a blend of experience in both Management Consulting
and Business Intelligence/ Analytics/Data Science to be able work with clients
to identify and frame their business problems and objectives, then develop a
data and analytics strategy to address them.

 

Management Consulting
Skills:

 

�        
10+ years of experience leading consulting
programs/engagements within Data Analytics or Business Intelligence
environments and 5+ years of experience leading consulting engagements

�        
Ability to think big picture strategy to
effectively assess clients� situation and assemble service solutions to meet
clients� needs 

�        
Proactive leadership style, focused on driving
client thought leadership as well as developing next tier consulting leaders,
including mentoring, development and team growth plans

  • Deep
    Demonstrated experience interacting with CxO and Executive Level clients
  • Identify and
    take the lead in major pursuits resulting in new or additional business
  • Recognized
    both internally and by clients for providing effective relationship and
    commercial management in complex delivery and sales environments
  • Clearly
    recognized for delivery and subject matter leadership
  • Comfortable
    within a consulting led sales model
  • Architect
    innovative solutions which delivers value to clients whilst handling
    internal risk
  • Use the
    appropriate range of Capgemini capabilities to bring value to clients
  • Able to lead
    and guide clients into thinking about the overall business change and
    deployment agenda   
  • Flexible
    about work content and location and able to work independently on client
    site

Ability to work in a dynamic, results-driven
environment 

�        
Experience leading pursuit
teams for RFP responses and for delivery projects of strategy recommendations

�        
Bachelor�s Degree required; MBA/
Masters preferred

 

Technical Skills and Experience

 

�        
Experience in Business
Intelligence and Analytics, Data Warehouse, Big Data, Master Data Management,
Data Science and/ or Content Management at a leading consultancy
organization. 

�        
Understanding of Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, Google)

  • Deep understanding
    of technology trends in the Data Analytics/Data Science/Big Data domain

�        
Exposure to leading Data Integration, Analytics, and
Visualization Tools such as Informatica, Talend, SAS, Tableau, Qlikview, and Power
BI.

Business Analysts enable the transformation and performance improvement of an enterprise or its parts, with respect to people, process and technology, by providing relevant capabilities, assets (human and non-human), processes and tools. Business Analysts structure, analyze and visualize an enterprise�s current state.  They design and visualize the future state. They also design and guide the change process from current to future state. Developing sector knowledge is extremely important for all Business Analysts. Functional analysts can specialize in Business, ERP, Application Management or Custom Software Development (CSD).

Required Skills and Experience:

You are a leading analyst who actively contributes to internal knowledge development on a global business level and proactively coaches teams. You leverage relationships with colleagues, partners and clients to build thought leadership and conceptualize new offerings. You support or lead bids, operate at director level in major client organizations, and master one or more business/industry domains. 

Possible positions could include being a lead Business Process Consultant in process improvements; a lead Business Analyst as Project Lead or the Content/Architecture Lead; or lead Functional Consultant able to advise clients on the implementation of one or more package modules.

 

� Qualification:12+ years experience, Bachelor�s Degree.

� Certification: If possible has BA level 2 and is seeking level 3.

� Should have experience in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Business Change Management, Functional Architecture Design & Project Financials, KPI�s & Reporting

� Should be proficient in Architecture Knowledge.

� Should have progressing skills in Software Engineering & Testing.
