� Collaborate with the management on the ongoing SOX and
regulatory control programs.
� Lead and co-ordinate on regulatory/compliance based
activities/meeting between external/internal auditors and internal business
Controllership Stakeholders and Information Security Owners.
� lead efforts on the design of controls and provide guidance
during execution of control design for all system layers(application, database,
� Maintain on-going communication with the internal/external
auditors including alignment of SOX , GDPR and ISO 27001 activities.
� Provide timely status/compliance reports to the management that
illustrates the current compliance status, trends and action plans
� Provide training sessions to IT Control owners focusing on
demonstration of compliance requirements and share hot topics in SOX, GDPR and
ISO 27001 compliance.
� Identify/evaluate control design deficiencies provide control
process solutions/improvements to the stakeholders.
� Assist in the compliance based project executions, review
relevant exceptions and provide thought leadership around maintaining IT
� Risk management frameworks(ISO, NIST, SOX, COSO, etc)
� Project management practices, tooling and managing projects
through the SOX, GDPR, and ISO 27001 lifecycle.
� Quality Assurance of Control testing
� Control design and review
� Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication and process
drive across management, multiple stakeholders and internal/external Auditors
