Staff Product Security Analyst

Job responsibilities

� Support Integrating and executing application security
controls across the design and implementation.
* Foster secure development best practices and provide hands-on guidance to
project teams during design, development and maintenance.
* Assist with the utilization of security practices tools across all stages of
the development lifecycle(e.g – TMT, Checkmarx, Fortify, Nessus, etc)
� Technically review threat models with Engineering teams.
� Participate penetration testing and security compliance activities.
� Track all required SDL activities and ensure they are properly addressed and
documented by engineering teams.


� Minimum 3 years’ overall experience in System development
� Minimum 2 years’ of hands-on technical experience specifically on secure
development/tester role.
* Knowledge in embedded devices security threats and countermeasures.
� Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
� Software Security certifications(ECSP, CSSLP, etc)
� Experience with secure architectures, identity and access management
principles, application security, encryption technologies, database and web
� Working knowledge of security services including PKI, TLS, authentication
� Windows, UNIX and Linux operating systems.
� Good software skills on at least a few of the following : C, C++, C#, Java,
.Net, Python, Shell Scripting.
� IP Stack Security
� Relational Databases(e.g. MySQL, SQLite, etc)
� Hypervisors(e.g. VMWare, KVM,etc)
� XML/Web Services, AJAX
� Exposure to Cloud services platform
� Problem solving and communication skills(both written and verbal) with all
levels of an organization.
� Highest level of integrity and professionalism


Location � Houston, TX � applicants outside of
