Technical specialist to support SAP HCM, this includes expanded technical access and Firefighter Access as needed to troubleshoot, do code reviews and review functional/technical specification documents, ability to provide hands on guidance to the support teams for all aspects of SAP HCM, including interfaces, utilities, configuration, function modules, mass uploads and implementations
Deep technical and functional knowledge of SAP HCM, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Benefits, Payroll, ESS/MSS, ECM and Performance Management.
Liaison between the Operations teams and all other technical/support teams for all projects and programs
Ability to support the management of Vendors, such as ADP payroll, ADP Benefits, HWSE, Fidelity, ADP ACA, HSA, Active Directory, Replicon, ADP WFN, Taleo, GAL, GFS, APRO etc.
Experience with handling multiple project responsibilities at one time, working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires agility, great communication skills and ability to prioritize.
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
