Data Strategy & Advisory, Insights & Data Driven Organization
As a part of the Insights and Data Strategy & Advisory Practice, lead engagement workstreams based on Capgemini�s Insights Driven Organization framework. The strategy consultant will lead a portions of an engagement to deliver future state business architectures and transformation roadmaps for our clients.
A Senior Consultant/ Manager at Capgemini will focus on the analysis, design and development of functional solutions for clients in a team environment. He/she will work alongside functional and industry specialists to assist with the creation of functional deliverables using established processes and procedures. He/she will contribute to client satisfaction by providing timely and responsive value added services and work products and use individual functional knowledge to ensure work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction. Work will be performed under direct supervision to complete assigned tasks using already established procedures and best practices.
Drive content development for deliverable presentation(s)
Data aggregation and analysis; ability to synthesize large quantities of information; translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations
Solve clients’ problems critically, structure analyses, construct analytical frameworks and conceptualize storyboard/strategy development
Lead workstream(s) independently and offer guidance to Consultants
Support internal and BD activities for senior management
1-2 years post-graduate degree experience at an established management consulting and/or industry firm
Understanding of trends in the data & analytics space
Functional knowledge of key data & analytics technologies such as data lakes, business intelligence tools, data science, machine learning
Strong core consulting skills, including: meeting and workshop development and management, deck writing, storyboarding, inductive/ deductive reasoning, client interviewing, issue analysis, data analysis, process design, and change management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong Microsoft Office suite skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Visio and Access are pluses)
Top MBA or other applicable post-graduate degree preferred
Relevant undergraduate degree required
Strong presence with good relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English
Strong personal and professional values; entrepreneurial spirit
Comfort with the potential for frequent travel
Local candidates are highly-preferred
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Delivery Architects assess a project�s technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks. They are responsible for designing and implementing a project�s technical architecture. They define the structure of a system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation. The scope of the Delivery Architect�s role is bounded by the business issue at hand. A Delivery Architect needs to have knowledge of all the different aspects of the technical Delivery as well as robust business knowledge. This includes the Software Architect.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
� You are responsible for the end-to-end architecture of a Delivery, including its assembly and integration into the IT architecture principles defined with the client.
� You define the structure of the system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation.
� You are responsible for the management and mitigation of technical risks, ensuring that the Delivery services can be realistically delivered by the underlying technology components.
Required Skills and Experience:
� Qualification: 7 � 10 (3 years min relevant experience in the role) years experience, Bachelor�s Degree.
� Certification: Has or seeking IAF level 1.
� Should be proficient in foundation, People Leadership, client acquisition & development, service & delivery and business leadership.
� Should be experienced in technology awareness & leveraging and innovation & growth capability.
