Job Description:

 

As part of the Capgemini Business Services, this person
will be responsible for the full lifecycle from requirements gathering through
implementation of business transformation solution for banking and capital
markets sector.

This person will work closely with our clients and must demonstrate
professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of
the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction.

This person will also apply subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and
implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies,
mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for
each client.

 

Location � NJ/NYC area

 

Reporting to � VP & Head of Banking Business Services

 

The focus of your role will be the selling and delivering
of Digital Banking Business Transformation to clients. You will be accountable
for creating a rousing vision for change, and to precisely articulate that
vision and value proposition to senior level clients. It is only through
building close collaborative relationships with our clients that Capgemini can
deliver the outstanding efficiency for which we have become known, and we want
you to play an essential part in doing this.

Equally important, you will lead a talented and growing team responsible for
designing, selling and delivering end-to-end solutions. These have a focus on
best-in-class banking processes facilitating automation/technologies, people
change and controls enhancement.

service operations, often across many locations and with a variety of different
technologies. Your job will be to help them on their journey to achieving

Key Responsibilities:

  • The
    ability to offer market and leading practice insights in banking
    operations
  • Proven
    experience of the design and successful establishment of digital
    operations within complex global organizations, or senior
    level consulting with demonstrable sales success
  • A
    fascination with automation / new technologies,
  • Energy and
    resolve in overcoming challenges in various contexts
  • Acuity in
    spearheading programs and project management
  • Exceptional
    organization skills, and flexibility in guaranteeing that projects are
    correctly resourced and managed
  • An ability
    to adjust and adapt to the rolling, day-to-day changes that transpire in
    the running of large projects
  • A
    willingness to travel, at short notice, to regional and international
    destinations
