Integration Architect to be retrained in MuleSoft
-Willingness to get cross trained and work on any of the market leading Cloud iPaaS Platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services, Tibco Cloud Integration, webMethods Integration Cloud etc.)
-Knowledge of ESB/Middleware Design patterns for building middleware systems ground up using Message Routing, Content Enrichment, Message Filtering, Message Transformation, Guaranteed delivery, Message sequencing, Batch message processing, error handling and reconciliation mechanisms.
-Knowledge of Web Services Interoperability, WS-* standards and ability to suggest, criticize and formulate solutions in a multi-vendor and architecture committee meetings
-Ability to identify, analyze and design integration flows and technically own and manage the process of ensuring on time and on budget build and integration of the various elements of the solution
-Write technical and design documents for proposed solution
-Good understanding of integration design patterns & best practices
-In depth experience using Agile, Scrum and iterative development practices
-At least 10 years of Middleware/Integration experience (any platform like webMethods, Tibco, MuleSoft, Boomi, Biztalk) is a MUST
-A minimum of 6 years� experience in Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), API Management, and/or Queue/Messaging/Streaming.
Hands on experience with any of the leading Cloud Integration/iPaaS platforms (ex: MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services, Tibco Cloud Integration, webMethods Integration Cloud etc.) is a BIG PLUS
-Experience with large Full Life Cycle (FLC) project implementations, with hands on delivery and managing both onshore and offshore teams.
-Experience in integration with one or more on-premise/SaaS packaged COTS (Commercial Off-the-Shelf) solutions for ERP, CRM, e-Commerce, or mobile (e.g. Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Oracle, Siebel, SAP, Workday, etc.).
-Working knowledge of on-premise/cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and deployments/configurations and definition/evangelism of best practices/standards
-Experience with High-Availability, Fault-Tolerance, Performance Testing and Tuning parameters on multiple engagements
-Solid understanding of leading Integration Architecture concepts and patterns, including Microservices, Service Oriented
Architecture, Batch Integration, RESTful JSON services, etc.
-Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills and the ability to interact with all level of stakeholders, support personnel, and clients
-PaaS/Cloud Integration certification in any of the leading platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services, Tibco Cloud Integration, webMethods Integration Cloud etc.) is highly preferred
-TOGAF certification would be a good to have
-AWS or Azure Cloud Certification would be a PLUS

A Delivery Architect needs to have knowledge of all the different aspects of the technical Delivery as well as robust business knowledge. This includes the Software Architect.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
� You are responsible for the end-to-end architecture of a Delivery, including its assembly and integration into the IT architecture principles defined with the client.
� You define the structure of the system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation.
� You are responsible for the management and mitigation of technical risks, ensuring that the Delivery services can be realistically delivered by the underlying technology components.
Required Skills and Experience:
� Qualification: 7-10 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role), Bachelor�s Degree.
� Certification: Has or seeking IAF level 1.
� Should be proficient in foundation, People Leadership, client acquisition & development, service & delivery and business leadership.
� Should be experienced in technology awareness & leveraging and innovation & growth capability.
