We are looking for a highly experienced, passionate and self-motivated individual with minimum 8 years� experience in the Energy industry to focus on growing our key client accounts.
Your key responsibility would be to build and foster relationships with stakeholders in prospect organizations, identify and position how our service offerings and solutions address our clients� top needs, and to create sustainable business partnerships between our clients and us.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
� Build and nurture senior management level business relationships within the account(s)
� Be aware of Capgemini�s portfolio of offerings and capabilities across service lines so as to be able to effectively position it to Client leadership as and when necessary
� Maintain and Improve Business Operating Margins
� Support or lead annual customer business Account Plans with delivery team and execute these plans
� Participate/ represent in Conferences / Industry events and analyst interactions or lead the enhancement of public positioning of Capgemini offerings
� Spend a portion of time delivering / overseeing projects in your key skill areas
Skills and Experience Profile:
� Minimum of 8 years of energy industry experience, which can include upstream, downstream, LNG, or midstream in the Oil and Gas industry
� Minimum of 5 years� experience with a large consulting and IT services player, with a preference for management consulting, strategic consulting or digital consulting experience
� Must have demonstrated experience registering tangible revenue growth and delivering projects
� Business leader who has excelled in engagement at CxO/ CxO-1/CxO-2 levels with energy customers with greater than $10b in annual revenue
� Self-motivated and able to work at senior levels of management both internally and externally
� Excited by growing and expanding a business
� Rapidly respond to tactical resource requirements along with ability to direct teams for building the project proposals
Must have a Bachelor’s degree
