This position takes escalations from L2 team to trouble shoot problems and answer questions .Support the added hardware such as cash drawers and Epson thermal printers Some examples of tickets that you would get in is research of error message and problems that are not corrected with the KBs that are written for our Lvl One and TWO teams .Responsibilities include digging into the Micros POS logs to understand if we need to escalate the ticket with Oracle or if we are able to correct the problem with Knowledge base Or to identify if another program such as Dot net might be causing problems with the Micros applications.Dig into hardware and OS problems so support of the event viewer from the Fileserver for trouble shooting along with some google searching might be needed.
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Required Skills and Experience:
You are responsible for coordinating project performance with the Project / Program Manager and for the timely and economic utilization of resources assigned to your project. You contribute to the overall project plan, highlighting dependencies with other projects. You manage day-to-day project activities, monitor and report on progress, and identify and mitigate potential showstoppers and issues.
� Qualification: 3-7 years (2 years min relevant experience in the role); Bachelor’s Degree
� Certification: Is at least certified on EM foundation (level 0).
� Should have progressing in Negotiating, Vendor Management, Risk Management and Project Financials, KPI & Reporting
� Should have baseline skills Quality Management.
