As a Global Security Operations Center
Manager, you will provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to a team of
security engineers and analysts supporting multiple clients. Ideal candidates
will have technical expertise and a proven track record working in security
operations and organizing the day-to-day activities of the SOC teams.  As
a member of the SOC leadership, you will be managing, coaching and developing a
team of security professional to optimize SOC performance and maximize the
efficiency and effectiveness of the team.  

Our SOC team
members maintain deep knowledge of security processes and tools along with
strong capabilities in security analytics and collaborative problem-solving
skills.  Managing across SOC and IT Delivery teams requires: proven
leadership abilities; capability to make timely, sound decisions; effective
oral and written communications; and excellent relationship management skills.

 

As a member of the
SOC leadership, you will act with limited supervision, often in complex
environments. You will share expertise with others notably demonstrating the
ability to clearly present highly complex ideas. Credible and collaborative,
you will be recognized as an authority providing direction for others and
creating formal professional networks internally and externally.  Our SOC
leadership demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism and integrity
while maintaining and promoting a passion for delivering Cybersecurity

  • Security-relevant knowledge and
    experience (security operations, security configuration and deployment
    models, threat detection / response, incident detection / response,
    investigations, forensics)
  • Skills in assessing, developing,
    designing, implementing, operationalizing and documenting a comprehensive
    set of security technologies and processes
  • Understanding of current information
    security challenges and solutions; industry trends
  • Experience leading cross functional
    teams, preferably as part of a global team

 

You
