Role Description:Project Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units; Manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to stage gate quality and SDLC control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle; Manage issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery; Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.
Responsibilities:• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business• Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership• Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs• Manage project scope and changes• Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues• Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel• Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables• Identify and develop trusted adviser relationship with project and program stakeholders, sponsors and university stakeholders• Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication
Qualifications:• Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall• Strong leadership and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence• Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives• Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills• Tools: MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint; CA Clarity PPM or similar PM tool• Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budget close• Experience leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance
Required qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience• 5+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects• 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment• 3+ years of experience with full product lifecycle with understanding of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and / or Senior Leadership

Project Managers take full responsibility for managing a project or program. They normally manage a number of related streams or activities to achieve a desired business result, planned profitability levels, quality standards and highest-level client satisfaction. Project Managers are responsible for the project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization. A Project Manager usually has technical expertise in one or more other domains (e.g. a Project Manager with testing skills could perform a test manager function).
Required Skills and Experience:
You ensure that client needs are satisfied through the formulation, development, implementation and delivery of application solutions in response to client requirements, expressed in approved service requests. You are responsible for the overall project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization. You ensure that the project meets its deliverables in an agreed schedule, according to the scope, within stipulated budget, and to quality standards.
• Qualification: 7-10 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role); Bachelor’s Degree
• Certification: Should have EM Level 1.
• Should be proficient in Negotiating, Vendor Management, Risk Management and Project Financials, KPI & Reporting
• Should have progressing skills Quality Management.
