This is an operational role providing guidance to team members in specific functional areas. Will support functional managers to resolve issues as they are identified, and will help implement and identify best practices. Accountable for ensuring high quality and frequency of information flows within the team and organization.
As an CSD Recruiter, you:
Have experience sourcing and hiring candidates across a variety of disciplines and/or technologies.
Will serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for candidate
Should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape
You will set yourself apart if you have done:
Deep content knowledge Custom Software Development
Demonstrated success working with clients and staff to identify issues and develop innovative solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated experience designing, preparing and/or leading effective meetings with clients
Understands the basics of project management and can run a project with minimal oversight
Ability to hit deadlines and complete projects in a timely manner
In order to be considered you must have:
A minimum of 5 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
