043287-Managing Delivery Architect – Talend Architect

 

Delivery Architects assess a project’s technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks.  They are responsible for designing and implementing a project’s technical architecture. They define the structure of a system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation. The scope of the Delivery Architect’s role is bounded by the business issue at hand. A Delivery Architect needs to have knowledge of all the different aspects of the technical Delivery as well as robust business knowledge. This includes the Software Architect.

 

Day to Day Responsibilities:

You are responsible for the end-to-end architecture of a Delivery, including its assembly and integration into the IT architecture principles defined with the client.

You define the structure of the system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation.

You are responsible for the management and mitigation of technical risks, ensuring that the Delivery services can be realistically delivered by the underlying technology components.

Candidates should be flexible/willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment

 

Required Skills

Should have around 10 years of experience in various ETL/ELT tools

Should have around 4+ years of experience in Talend ETL tool like DI Enterprise Open Studio. 

Should have very good knowledge of Talend components. 

Should be well versed with Different file Formats for parsing files like Flat Files, XML, EDI, CSV, PSV, Jason etc. 

Good Experience of Xml parsing, Advance Mapper, and transformation components. 

Knowledge of custom components. 

Should have prior experience of deployment of Talend job, optimization and automation.

Knowledge of TAC for various activities like deployments and administration of job will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of TDM is an added advantage. 

Expert in Nexus and Code deployment and configuration

Expert in Context groups and parameterization

Should have sound knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts. 

Strong understanding of relational database concepts technology and experience in Data Modelling. 

Writing scripts, functions and stored procedures using SQL or Oracle PLSQL.

Ability to develop and promote architectural best practices, standards and perform code reviews, recommend solutions.

Experience with Unix shell scripting. 

Expert in BIG DATA components like S3, EMR and Hadoop Clusters

 

Strong knowledge in AWS BIG DATA platform

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

• You lead Capgemini operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence.

• You are seen as a role model in your community.

 

 

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualification: 12+ years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.

• Certification: Has TOGAF 9 and has IAF level 1 and is seeking level 2.

• Should be experienced in foundation, People Leadership, service & delivery.

• Should be proficient in client acquisition & development and business leadership.

• Should be masters in Technology Awareness & Leveraging and Innovation & Capability Growth.
