Minimum Requirements: • 7+ years of overall IT experience• 5+ years as a business, technical or systems analyst• Bachelor’s degree – Business or IT with related experience• Must have strong experience in Casino and Gaming systems including understanding of end-to-end processes and interfaces, legacy applications, products and architecture• Experience or background in business analysis, requirements definition, requirements management, building systems solutions, and deployment of business requirements• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Good organizational skills; able to assemble and present information clearly.• Documentation skills including business/functional/non-functional requirements, business processes, etc.• Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with various levels of management. Required Experience: • System Architecture/ Application Design – ability to understand high level application design• Planning, facilitation and follow up for key stakeholder meetings around feature/functionality.• Leading and driving out requirements, use case scenarios, impact assessments and cost/benefit analysis working with key stakeholders.• Working closely with US IT software teams to validate features through design reviews, testing.• Providing day-to-day coaching and mentoring of other Business Analysts.• Representing the right priority for issues and changes at during defect management and change management processes.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences• Demonstrated ability to organize, facilitate, and recap meetings• Experience working in a client-facing role with the ability to build strong relationships• Process mapping, workflow analysis, data modeling, and design tools experience• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to focus on details as well as the big picture• Experience identifying project tasks and providing estimates for those tasks• Basic project management skills• Demonstrated ability to adhere and promote standard business analyst tools, procedures and best practices• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel and Visio
Responsibilities:• Key responsibilities will include the creation, management, evaluation, interpretation and documentation of business and functional requirements. o Utilize strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to share application expertise, communicate complex business problems, and facilitate discussion with stakeholders. o Work closely with business functional areas to understand, define system requirements and make recommendations for business solutions.o Evaluate current system capabilities to identify changes that need to be made and determines the impact to the business.o Provide business analysis support to software development teams and ensure programming and software requirements fulfill business objectives.• The candidate will participate in the evaluation of design specifications and translation of business needs to technical solutions• Will be responsible for creation and maintenance of documentation pertaining to product features, work processes, etc.• Provide ongoing system support in responsible area. Must be able to solve complex problems through research and analysis.• Work with management to overcome obstacles and complete projects. • Identify missing requirements based on experience and business goals • Work with business partners to develop acceptance criteria / test cases.• Understanding the full capabilities of the client’s system. The ideal candidate will be able to understand various configuration options of the client’s system and use the technology to enable solutions to business challenges.• Create documentation around high-level application design

Required Skills and Experience:
You are a self-reliant analyst who has mastered at least one methodology. You are developing your knowledge in a business and/or industry domain and an ERP solution or a technical tool / programming language. Possible positions could include being a Business Process Consultant describing processes, Requirements Analyst describing business / functional requirements or Package configuration.
• Qualification: 3-7 years (2 years min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
• Certification: If possible seeking BA level 1.
• Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Business Change Management, Functional Architecture Design & Project Financials, KPI´s & Reporting
• Should have baseline skills in Software Engineering, Architecture Knowledge & Testing.
