The BPC Consultant is responsible for general duties on a SAP BPC system implementation including assisting their superiors with scheduling of meetings, workshop preparation, requirements gathering, detailed note taking in design sessions, construction of needed design documents, configuration of dimensions including members and hierarchies, buildout of security and business process flows, building of reports and input schedules, development of testing scripts, training documentation, system documentation, as well as regular maintenance, issue resolution, and other duties as required by superiors on the project. Must understand finance/accounting concepts and know how to use Microsoft Office products.
Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting• 1-2 years business experience in a Finance/Accounting Department• Excellent Microsoft Office skills including spreadsheets in Excel, Documents in Word, and presentations in Powerpoint • Extremely fluent in English (both verbal and written)• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of an organization• Effective and persuasive written communications• Ability to type, note take, or otherwise document and create meeting/session minutes• A commitment to excellence and the drive to deliver the highest quality product are expected• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills• Ability to gain knowledge through coaching, training and mentoring• Prior experience with SAP BPC a huge plus

Applications Consultants have expertise in a specific technology environment. They are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE). These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.
Required Skills and Experience:
You are learning and developing the knowledge, technical skills and core consulting behaviors required to succeed in Application Services. You learn an appropriate methodology and acquire knowledge of a business domain and a Package Based Solution. You demonstrate flexibility and versatility in meeting objectives and should be able to manage your workload and update management on task progress. You should already demonstrate progressing skills in building solutions and in optimizing and improving a client’s applications and systems.
• Qualification: 1 – 3 years, Bachelor’s Degree.
• Should have progressing skills in Package Configuration.
• Should have baseline skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management.
