Understand customer’s overall data estate, IT and business priorities and success measures to design implementation architectures and solutions
Apply technical knowledge and customer insights to architect solutions to meet business and IT needs, ensuring technical viability of new projects and successful deployments, orchestrating key resources and infusing key data technologies
Deep understanding of data platform technologies, migrating databases, emerging Data Management & Cloud Computing Computer trends, and experience in the following areas: Database architecture, ETL, Data Mining, Business Intelligence, Big Data, Machine Learning, Data Governance, No-SQL database, Advanced Analytics
Knowledge of Snowflake utilities: SnowSQL, SnowPipe.
Knowledge of Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Pig and related big data technologies
Knowledge of and experience with the Azure Data Platform – Azure Data Lake, Data Factory, Data Management Gateway, Azure Storage Options, Data Lake Analytics, Stream Analytics, EventHubs, Azure SQL.
Experience in establishing data pipelines with automated batch, micro-batch, and incremental data refreshes.
Experience with modern reporting tools is a plus. Tableau, Qlikview, Domo.
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
