Job description & Responsibilities:
•Function as a flow manager ensuring Kanban practices such as evolutionary process improvement, board replenishment, work-in-progress limits, kaizen, etc. are used to maximum value
•Work closely with the Product Manager and Engineering Leader so that product increments are implemented in accordance with product priorities, roadmaps, and timelines.
•Identify barriers to success, make them visible, and facilitate their removal using superior critical thinking, collaboration, and influencing skills
•Manage interdependencies by working with other agile teams who employ various agile disciplines such as SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban, Srumban, etc.
•Facilitate the intersection of modern automated delivery process and mechanisms with traditional dependencies
•Facilitate team improvement hypothesis development and testing
•Enforce team agreements
•Work closely with the Agile Coach to collaborate implementing meaningful feedback loops for continuous improvement.
•Proficiency with various agile and collaboration tools like Rally, Aha, and Confluence
Required Skill Set:
•Proven experience in delivering digital projects and products
•Proven experience using a range of agile project management methods, but with depth in Kanban
•Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
•Vision for moving to cross-functional, highly self-aware teams
•Technical background in networking and / or software development
•Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization
•Strong critical thinking skills
•Communicates and demonstrates a shared sense of purpose. Learns from failure
•Able to effectively direct and mentor others in agile techniques. Proactively engages with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and design solutions using critical thinking and analysis skills and best practices. Finds important patterns in seemingly unrelated information. 
•Influences and energizes other toward the common vision and goal. Maintains excitement for a process and drives to new directions of meeting the goal even when odds and setbacks render one path impassable.
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
