• Superb written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills.
• Significant Consulting/client facing background.
• Outstanding teamwork skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities.
• Multiple experiences with process definition and design, requirements definition and mapping, participation in testing and/or training phases.
• Implementation experience using agile methodology.
• At least 3 years of Salesforce implementation experience.
• Participation in each phase of at least three full Salesforce lifecycle implementations.
• Functional configuration and/or design experience in one or more Salesforce suite of products (Communities, Marketing, Sales, Service, etc.).
• Salesforce Admin certification, Communities or Marketing or Sales or Service Consultant certification.
• Knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Vision.
 
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
