Job description:

Systems programmer for at least 6 months for Virtual Desktop Interface systems L2 and L3 support
Responsibilities:

Good communication skills
Must have good experience on below technologies/applications:

a. VMware Horizon View 7.x Enterprise Suite
b. Windows Server 2012R2 & Windows 7/10 OS
c. Networking
d. NAS (Network Attached Storage) (NFS & CIFS), HP CIFS (Samba)
e. Support Central

Skilled in desktop virtualization using VMware product suite to support desktop & applications virtualization.
Skilled skill in application deployment using VMware Horizon.
Skilled in application virtualization application and visualization tools.
Skilled in application publishing and RDSH
Skilled in remote virtualization access
Need to support outage on weekends or during a P1 . 
Able to start and stop jobs at any given point of time.
Must have the ability to work with Command Center to bring back the apps up when there is a app unavailability
Must have the ability to cross train team within the group.
Must have the flexibility to work with US and global team
 
Requirements:

Should be an US national to work on Aviation Export Control activities
Proven working experience in Application and Service support for about 3-5 years
Bachelors Degree or higher in computer science or a related field
Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills.
Strong skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web applications
 
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
