038828-Business Analyst 2 – BTA and SCCM Quality Analyst

Seeking a business technical analyst (BTA) responsible for stakeholder and client requirements gathering/clarification, data analysis, and testing throughout the development and support lifecycle.  This individual must be a quick study, self-starter, resourceful, and flexible in working in a dynamic environment.  He/she must be able to provide good customer services to our clients to address their needs in a timely manner. 
As a BTA, he/she is expected to help develop and enhance the overall capability of the team.  Working with cross-functional teams, be able to create, document, and implement best practices to optimize the tools and processes needed to support the RSM services offering.
Required Skills:
– Ability to take lead on various initiatives
– Discuss with Stakeholders to gather requirements, translate these to User Stories
– Ability to prioritize business requirements
– Manage Stakeholders from requirements and implementations
– Take requirements and User Stories to baseline state with respect to agreed Acceptance criteria with Stakeholders
– Ability to take on the role of QA, creating QA test scenarios and test cases, setting up and executing the QA lifecycle
– Take ownership of all requirements and its implementations
– Strong knowledge and experience in Agile methodology
– Experience with MS VSTS
– Should be able to create reports, metrics
– Experience in drawing flow diagrams
– Design process flows and implement best practices
– Experience in SQL Server, writing complex SQL queries
– Knowledge of MS SCCM, SCOM
– Knowledge of Web based Architecture, MS .Net framework
– Excellent communication skills
– Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint and MS Visio
– Good organization skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, often changing, sometimes ambiguous environment
Desired/Preferred Skills:
Operating System : Windows 2003/2012, Windows XP
Knowledge of Windows OS platforms
Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM, SCOM, SQL Server
Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Sharepoint, ServiceCafe
