At least 7+ years of total experience and 3+ years in Talend data integrations tool (TIS) – Talend BigData and Talend DataQuality along with Talend Open Studio.
Expertise in designing and delivering complex, large-volume data warehouse applications.
Good to have AWS Redshift/Greenplum DB experience
Strong experience in advanced SQL programming
Aspects of the SDLC process – requirement analysis, time estimates, functional specification, design, development, testing, packaging, and support/maintenance
Strong experience in Data Quality, Source Systems Analysis, Business Rules Validation, Source Target Mapping Design, Performance Tuning and High Volume Data Loads.
Worked on atleast 1 complete lifecycle Project using Talend
Extensive experience in the project life cycle phases like Analysis of User Requirements, Technical Design Document, Coding & Unit Testing, Implementation, and Support
Mentored, coached, cross-trained junior developers by providing domain knowledge, design advice.
Proven ability in defining goals, coordinating teams and achieving results.
Excellent problem solving, analytical skills, and technical troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to discuss effectively with Client
Ability to lead technical teams and take ownership in delivery with quality
Good to have LINUX familiarity and shell scripting expertise.
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
