Primary Skill – MUST have strong Oracle PL/SQL Database skills – experience with Linux and troubleshooting

This individual will be responsible for working closely with client to provide deep technical support for issues arising during the deployment and ongoing use of the Ellucian products like Banner, ProSAM.
Primary Skill – Ability to debug Oracle Pro*C, Oracle Pro*Cobol, Oracle Forms, and PL/SQL is a must
Experience with one or more of the following preferred SOA, XML, XSLT, PL/SQL, BPEL, ESP, Oracle Database, Groovy/Grails
Primary Skill Ability to collaboratively identify potential solutions and effectively communicate benefits
Primary Skill Ability to communicate effectively with teams, peers, clients
Primary Skill 24*7 On-call (after business hours) work required
Primary Skill Lead and mentor offshore team members on daily support tasks
Broad knowledge ITIL best practices for IT service management (ITSM)
