Solution Test Lead Service Assurance – Atlanta, GA
Location: Atlanta, GA. Must be willing to commute to our offices located off Trinity in Atlanta, GA. No travel required
The focus of your role within Capgemini, what you do:
Validate that Request For Solution (RFS) submittals are reviewed in the daily triage;
Validate the creation of the project request shell in the Clarity PM tool for use by the Multi Service Integrator and Service Tower Providers;
Oversee Service Provider project testing implementation plans to ensure compliance;
Collect, package and distribute all Service Provider Rough Order of Magnitude and Solution Proposal for RFS Ready and Agency and associated Customers, via the Capgemini tools;
Responsible for all MNS2 RFS process Communications with State of Georgia Cabling vendors, and proposal packaging;
Gather Request for Solution Requirements for new services in collaboration with the Capgemini Service Design Team;
Proactively manage the Solution Validation and Testing Program, as documented in the Service Management Manual;
Propose and implement improvements to the SVT Service Management Manual;
Contribute to overall PMO initiatives, regardless of normal role responsibilities;
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
