Role Description: 
A technical engineer that evaluates and certifies processes and outputs during the application SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Skills and Knowledge:
Good understanding of quality assurance processes and methods.
 
Working knowledge using tools/scripting language related to quality engineering and automation such as Selenium, Appium, Java, HTTP, CSS, XML, Swagger, SonarQube, and ALM.
Extensive experience in defect triage and resolution using monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk.
 
Has automation scripting experience
 
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
 
Have experience on Analytics
 
Activities:
 
E2E business scenario execution.
 
Execution of Automated scripts, maintained or update for release specific issues.
 
Defect analysis and root cause identification including the code that is causing the issue.
 
Support Operational acceptance testing
 
Maintaining the test artifacts in HP ALM
 
Adhering to compliances
 
Daily hand offs between shores 
 
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
