Minimum experience of 10-12 years.
3 – 5 years of experience primarily in Amazon Web Services/Azure/Google.
A solid understanding of cloud computing, IAAS, PaaS, SaaS and Cloud design patterns.
Proven technical leadership with experience in dealing directly with customers or clients.
Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills.
Proven solid analytical and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of Build and CICD tools like Maven Gradle and Jenkins.
Should have experience in managing teams in distributed development teams environment (Onshore/Offshore Model).
Ability to handle problems and issues independently end to end.
Excellent Communication skills.
Ability to coach and mentor people on technical topics.
Can work on solutions, proposals, customer orals end to end.
Expert knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns.
Proven experience in migrating the existing monolithic applications into microservices.
Must have knowledge on designing enterprise applications.
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
