Profile: Risk and Compliance Manager 1
Leader of the audit area within TPA Risk and Compliance.
General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Takes responsibility for an effective audit control function for all sites served by CHCS Services.
Provides opportunities for improvement for the audit function.
Maintains detailed plans for all activities in the area.
Ensures effective execution of audit activities.
Responsible for general compliance in the assigned scope.
Strong knowledge of the audit process.
Excellent communication skills (internal and external)
Strong background in life and health insurance
Demonstrated knowledge of all relevant systems
Able to demonstrate leadership, consulting, change implementation.
Knowledge of CHCS TPA systems and processes extremely helpful.
Insurance certifications/ designations a plus.
Previous audit/ auditor experience a strong plus.
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
