Technical Skills and Experience:
• Cloud IT Service Management
o Demonstrate in-depth knowledge in IT Service Management best practices, generic concepts, key principles, and ITIL process models for cloud
o Articulate the purpose, objective and scope of service strategy, service design, service transition, service operations, and Continual Service Improvement
o Understand how to apply lean principles and automate standard tasks to improve efficiency of cloud ITSM processes
o Has familiarity with one or more ITSM tools and features, e.g. ServiceNow, BMC Remedy etc
o Design solutions using virtual machines, for serverless computing, web applications and compute-intensive application
o Design Azure virtual networks, external connectivity for Azure Virtual Networks, security strategies, connectivity for hybrid applications
o Design an identity solution
o Secure resources by using identity providers
o Design a mechanism of governance and policies for administering Azure resources
o Manage security risks by using an appropriate security solution
o Practice implementing infrastructure deployment, and configuration, as code, to deliver stable and repeatable environments
o Practice implementing continuous integration builds, automated testing, and continuous delivery/deployment
o Comprehend core testing concepts and best practices as well as how to implement various testing types, such as Unit, API (Integration), Performance, Functional, Acceptance, Automated (Coded) UI testing and other types
o Recommend application monitoring and feedback loop practices and principles, as well as the different kinds of telemetry that are used
o Has familiarity with Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) setup and configuration
