Oracle HRMS

This position is of Oracle Apps – HRMS Techno functional profile with good experience and knowledge on Oracle Core HRMS setups, SSHR and CWB modules. Should have good hands on experience in PL/SQL development, Oracle APIs, Alerts, Workflows, Self Service Personalization, OAF Extensions, Data Conversion, Interfaces and Work Structures. Knowledge of HRMS Security, XML Publisher Reports, OBIEE Reports, Web ADIs will be an added advantage. Requires excellent written & oral communication skills to work directly with customers on tickets.

This position also requires understanding & knowledge of the following :
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to analyze and resolve the incidents related with Oracle HRMS.
• Resolves user requests in a timely manner.
• Work closely with other teams (e.g. DBA’s, HR Technologies to ensure tickets are addressed in timely manner)
• Documents and create the knowledge repository which will helps in providing quick resolution of tickets.
• Identify the opportunity of Continuous improvement and drive the same.

Candidate must demonstrate proficiency working in Oracle HRMS and PL/SQL, to coordinate and communicate incidents/requests status, production remedies queue status; handle escalations; and ensure alignment between the sector goals, IT strategy, and Incidents/Requests.  Provide technical expertise on matters related to Oracle HRMS modules, create technical design documents and specifications and provide technical inputs regarding assigned tasks when presented with options.

Required Skills and Experience:

You are an expert in one or more business processes and technology practices and are accountable for translating a business case into a detailed technical design. Alternatively, you are responsible for operational and technical issues and translate technical blueprints into requirements and specifications. You may also be responsible for integration testing and user acceptance testing. You act as a stream lead, guiding team members by experience. You are seen as active member within technology communities.

Candidates should be flexible/willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

  • Qualification: Minimum 5 years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Certification: Should have SE or ERP/SAP Level 1 and seeking level 2.
  • Must have experience in Package Configuration.
  • Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management.
  • Should have baseline skills in Financial Analysis.
