Job Description – Environment Lead (GMA and eCP)

 Build plans and report on progress across multiple environments

 Collaborate with Release Managers to support their needs

 Manage Environment Lead to help provide that plans are being executed and manage escalations

 Understand current environment setups, existing teams involved, environment setup needs from product development team, QA team and Market teams & current roadblocks/Issues/pain points, and their causes

 Work with Product teams to define product environment strategy

 Define integrated environment strategy for the digital solution which involves multiple products

 Define the overall environment life cycle & end to end processes for environment intake, setup, maintenance, repurpose, commissioning & decommissioning

 Engage appropriate teams to drive the strategy for environment including data migration and products with dependencies on market

 Drive alignment with Product Teams, QMS team, Market teams on environment planning, requests, and delivery timelines.

 Engage current environment team and ensure awareness of the strategy and plan, readiness and bandwidth to integrate standalone products into and end-to-end integrated solution.

 Drive alignment with Market Project Managers, Release Managers and Market Deployment Managers on environment strategy

Technology knowledge:

Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, Linux, Windows 2008 / 12, ASP.Net 4.5, MS SQL Server 2014, GIT, Confluence, JIRA with standard Microsoft office suite

Project Managers take full responsibility for managing a project or program.  They normally manage a number of related streams or activities to achieve a desired business result, planned profitability levels, quality standards and highest-level client satisfaction. Project Managers are responsible for the project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization. A Project Manager usually has technical expertise in one or more other domains (e.g. a Project Manager with testing skills could perform a test manager function).

Required Skills and Experience:

You are responsible for coordinating project performance with the Project / Program Manager and for the timely and economic utilization of resources assigned to your project. You contribute to the overall project plan, highlighting dependencies with other projects. You manage day-to-day project activities, monitor and report on progress, and identify and mitigate potential showstoppers and issues.

Candidates should be flexible/willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Certification: Should have apprentice level and seeking EM Level 1.
  • Should have progressing skills in Negotiating, Vendor Management, Financial Reporting, Change Management, Risk Management, Quality Management and Problem Diagnosis & Solution.
  • Should have baseline skills in Financial Analysis.
