What you bring:

Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 15 – 20 years commercial experience in outsourcing and delivery center services – familiarity with industry and technology trends, cost drivers, and operational best practices. Track record of accomplishment leading organizational transformations;

Experience managing and/or supporting data center consolidations and migrations;

Working experience with all aspects of data service towers (wintel, network, storage, backup, cloud)

Strong financial acumen, including the ability to develop and evaluate business cases and potential sales channels;

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for a variety of audiences;

Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships based respect and trust;

Experience supporting sales and/or delivery operations for mid-size to large outsourcing and data center services transactions;

Experience supporting a market-driven portfolio is desired;

Prior experience in offshore delivery is also desired;

Strong client facing skills.
