What you bring:
· 5 or more years’ experience working in an Account Manager / Business Relationship Manager role.

· Experience managing large accounts or leading a team in managing large accounts.

· Ability to identify and qualify key sales opportunities at the customer – work with the BRM team to understand the needs and properly engage additional resources as necessary to solution & propose ideas.

· Demonstrated executive communication and writing skills as a relationship builder.

· Demonstrated ability to consult with accounts to help them leverage our services to benefit their business.

· Experience working in multi-vendor environments in a coordinator or managerial role.

· Demonstrated ability to meet goals and be accountable, ability to hold others accountable.

· Bachelor’s degree in technical or business discipline.

· ITIL v3 Certification – desired but not required.

· PMP Certification – desired but not required.
