3- 5 years of experience in billing/invoicing , preferably related to IT Chargeback, or equivalent educational experience
Knowledge of IT Infrastructure services and technology, including Mainframe, Server, Data Center, Network and Print & Mail
Knowledge of state government agencies relating to the organizational structure, sources of funding and the regulatory and audit requirements related to spending
Proven track record of the ability to meet tight deadlines while producing high quality work
Experience with delivering client value & service excellence
Relevant education in finance and/or information technology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
