Experience: 8 plus years of total experience , 5+ years of experience with complex Project Management.

Certification: PMI PMP preferred

Responsibilities: Create Project Management weekly status reports, create balanced scorecard, coordinate and plan meetings, including documenting meeting discussions and action items

Provide a Concept of Operations which includes a roles and responsibility matrix and processes and management controls

Track and manage overall project status so that project milestones are met and that change activity is properly documented

Manage projects to include allocation of resources, budget tracking and status reports

Provide Program Monthly Status Reports to internal business leaders as well as external stakeholders

Develop and maintain a Risk Management Plan, develop and maintain a Risk Register, provide and maintain Action Items organized in a formal Tracking System identifying various, specific requirements.

Develop and maintain an integrated Project Schedule that includes tasks, dependencies, resources and interrelationships

Develop and maintain a Quality Assurance Plan that describes the principles, processes and procedures for ensuring all delivered products and services satisfy contractual agreements, meet or exceed quality standards, and comply with approved SDLC processes

Skills: Commitment to maintaining the highest standard of customer service with outstanding written and oral communication
Ability to work autonomously, self-starter
Able to think outside the box and make decisions quickly
Ability to prioritize and document tasks is a plus

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related degree

Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

ITILv3 Foundations Level Certification preferred.

Strong Networking and Infra background preferred

Experienced in successfully managing projects requiring strong collaboration between IT and business stakeholders to ensure business receives the value that it needs

Knowledgeable of how to utilize technical expertise to successfully perform quality control on deliverables and services produced by the team that they manage

Project Managers take full responsibility for managing a project or program. They normally manage a number of related streams or activities to achieve a desired business result, planned profitability levels, quality standards and highest-level client satisfaction. Project Managers are responsible for the project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization. A Project Manager usually has technical expertise in one or more other domains (e.g. a Project Manager with testing skills could perform a test manager function).

Required Skills and Experience:

You ensure that client needs are satisfied through the formulation, development, implementation and delivery of application solutions in response to client requirements, expressed in approved service requests. You are responsible for the overall project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization. You ensure that the project meets its deliverables in an agreed schedule, according to the scope, within stipulated budget, and to quality standards.

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

• Certification: Should have EM Level 1.

• Should be proficient in Negotiating, Vendor Management, Financial Reporting, Risk Management and Problem Diagnosis & Solution.

• Should have progressing skills in Financial Analysis, Change Management and Quality Management.
