General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

-Coordinates various facility functions across Canada
– Identifies and implements opportunities for cost control and effective cost reduction measures
-Liaison with building management and outside vendors
-Coordinates and participates in planning process for office space assignments and utilization
-Assists in minor construction and re-configuration projects
-Acts as liaison with technology team in delivery of telecommunications and system support
-General maintenance of office, service clusters, appearance and equipment
– Maintains local security access control system supporting safety and security issues
-Managing and developing others (Growth in team members and/or sites over Associate level)
-People Manager (manage, lead, develop & coach team; manage workload distribution and compliance oversight)
-Leadership conduct (support in leading quarterly calls, triad teams, knowledge share, and service delivery)


-Minimum 10 to 15 years of facility and administration with the last 5 years in management
-Must have experience with Project Management Tools like MS Office;
-Strong organizational and time management with strong attention to detail in a fast paced environment
-Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience in PowerPoint, executive presentation and companywide communication
-Ability and comfort interacting with all levels of management, business leaders and technology stakeholders
-Motivated, reliable self-starter, proactive team player with a positive attitude
-Successful track record of managing competing priorities effectively
-Able to drive to offices across GTA as required
-Experience performing work to achieve objectives with minimal guidance
-Experience identifying and prioritizing issues with creative approach and recommendations to developing alternative solutions pertaining to individual functional area
