Project Lead – Incident Manager

Should be able to Build capacity
Should demonstrate Service Assurance – Level of quality is maintained
Should demonstrate Incident Commander skills
ITIL Certified with Strong problem and Incident management skills
5+ years of experience in managing Onsite/offshore model
Should be a Crisis Manager
Experience in Change management, Risk management and strong Stakeholder management
Should be able to travel across US as per the business requirements to manage the chronic sites and resources working on chronic issues
Should be able to support/manage issues related to Network 2.0 support and Cashless support if required
Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum process and under pressure with stringent deadlines
Participate as a proactive contributor and subject matter expert on team projects, technical discussions
Strong Business, verbal, written communication and interpersonal skill
Should be a strong team player
Should have experience handling high severity issues and should be able to effectively manage the situation and drive the issue to closure
Experience handling discussions with end users
Self-discipline mindset
Ability to work with DevOps team
Ability to manage emergency and crisis
This role requires someone local to or willing to relocate to the Chicago, IL, metropolitan area.

Desired Skills:

Experience with Restaurant Solutions and ability to work with end users
Experience with QSR/POS solutions and application deployment/support

Project Managers take full responsibility for managing a project or program. They normally manage a number of related streams or activities to achieve a desired business result, planned profitability levels, quality standards and highest-level client satisfaction. Project Managers are responsible for the project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization. A Project Manager usually has technical expertise in one or more other domains (e.g. a Project Manager with testing skills could perform a test manager function).

Required Skills and Experience:

You are responsible for coordinating project performance with the Project / Program Manager and for the timely and economic utilization of resources assigned to your project. You contribute to the overall project plan, highlighting dependencies with other projects. You manage day-to-day project activities, monitor and report on progress, and identify and mitigate potential showstoppers and issues.

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

• Certification: Should have apprentice level and seeking EM Level 1.

• Should have progressing skills in Negotiating, Vendor Management, Financial Reporting, Change Management, Risk Management, Quality Management and Problem Diagnosis & Solution.

• Should have baseline skills in Financial Analysis.
