A CHUB Systems Analyst at a Telecommunications Company is responsible for extracting all CHUB specific requirements from the Business Requirements Document (BRD), engaging with the business to seek clarification, interpreting requirements into technical functionality (data, services, and UI) and drafting the Functional Specifications Document (FSD).
It is expected that the analyst for a project knows the requirements inside and out and can provide clarifications during the design phase and additionally has a detailed knowledge of the Customer HUB impacting requirements, including the need for inbound and outbound data flows.
The analyst and architect will work together to design the recommended solution.
The analyst will identify use cases, how data/web service calls and flow should occur.
The analyst and architect then go on to support the development phases for the CHUB Development Team as a liaison with the business and to ensure the final solution is in line with the requirements.
• FSD creation and completion of functional components of FSD such as Assumptions, Use Cases, Data Flows, etc.
• Attribute prioritization, scoping, and definitions (DDS)
• Attribute matrix with sources identified, business rules, cleansing and data quality checks
• Communicating clearly with PM on CHUB dates/gates/issues and escalating appropriately
• Attribute source system analysis (SSA or similar document)
• Data profiling with tools, as needed Skillset:
• CRM experience (Siebel a plus). • MDM experience (nice to have).
With their expertise in a specific technology environment, Applications Consultants are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE).
These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.
Required Skills and Experience:
You focus on building solutions and on maintaining, optimizing and improving a client’s applications and systems.
You contribute to a business and technical blueprint and customize the respective Software Package Core Module.
You may also be responsible for unit testing, contribute to integration testing, and/or be responsible for the design and delivery of end-user training.
• Qualification: Minimum 3 years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
• Certification: Should have or seeking SE or ERP/SAP Level 1.
• Should be proficient in Package Configuration.
• Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management
