Oracle HCM Cloud  Functional HR Core  / Workflow  / Self Service, Benefits and Absense Management

Functional Leads will provide expertise and work collaboratively with the business partners and technical leads in support of the Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation. 

Functional Leads report directly to the Project Managers.  

Functional team members will take the lead in managing users through design discussions and support OCM and training related to this area. 

Other responsibilities  included: 

  • Knowledgeable and experiences in Oracle HCM Cloud HR Core, Manager and Employee Self Service and Workflow approvals, Key Flex Fields (R10 +). 
  • Benefits Administration, Benefits Integrations, Reporting, Fast Formulas.   
  • Absence Management  experience is a plus 
  • Ability to configure all applicable requirements in support of  the Business Processes 
  • Work collaboratively with all cross functional leads to ensure all deliverables are ready and presented on time 
  • Assist  with the prioritization of work. 
  • Lead and/or participate in project requirements analysis, functional design, report development, and UAT testing. 
  • Complete all agreed deliverables on the SOW,
  • Keep PM up to date on status of  deliverables, risks, issues and change requests 
  • Ability to analyze business problems, processes and opportunities
  • Able to translate into requirements and recommend solutions that are consistent with HR Road Map 
  • Certified Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud 2016
  • Certified Implementation Specialist  is a plus 
  • Must have a minimum of  2 years consulting experience
  • Must have worked with Release 10 or above.

With their expertise in a specific technology environment, Applications Consultants are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE). 

These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.

Required Skills and Experience:

You are an expert in one or more business processes and technology  practices and are accountable for translating a business case into a detailed technical design.

Alternatively,  you are responsible for operational and technical issues and translate technical blueprints into requirements and specifications.

You may also be responsible for integration testing and user acceptance testing.

You act as a stream lead, guiding team members by experience.

You are seen as active member within technology communities.

• Qualification: Minimum 5 years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.

• Certification: Should have SE or ERP/SAP Level 1 and seeking level 2.

• Must have experience in Package Configuration.

• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management.

• Should have baseline skills in Financial Analysis.
